SEO/Marketing Manager

- Full Time

- Wolverhampton, UK

Salary Range : 35,000 - 55,000

- All Salaries quoted are for UK residents; we do accept candidates from outside the UK and sponsor them on a Tier 2 visa; however, the salary would be different.

Experience/Knowledge :

- Strong understanding and able to perform on-site SEO, including keyword analysis, research and internal page structures

- Able to work on and implement SEO plan of action that is comprehensive , both on-site SEO and off-site SEO using our strong in-house resources

- Able to put comprehensive plans of action to improve our site pages rankings

- Able to work with our team of writers and outreach team to drive links to certain pages/posts

- Good written ability and able to proofread and edit where necessary to enhance SEO

- Keen eye for conversion optimisation, able to maximise conversions through A/B testing.

- Creating and working with graphics

- Understand analytical data through programs such as google analytics

- Be familiar with industry - leading tools such as but not limited to AHREFs, SEMRUSH, and Majestic and know how to use them.

- Able to manage a small team of junior SEO executives, able to teach/guide where necessary

- Be familiar with the concept behind Affiliate Marketing and have some understanding and preferably related experience in Affiliate Marketing.

- Demonstable track record

- Minimum 2 years SEO experience in a professional work environment

- 4 years of experience in a marketing role

- Excellent communication skilss, must be personable and confident team player

- Able to build strong collaborative relationships and explain SEO concepts to a variety of stakeholders
