Inside Sales - Asst Manager

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales over phone and web demos.

Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets within the timelines.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Regular reporting to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirements

- 3+years of successful previous experience into B2B Sales, Software Sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience working with ZOHO or similar CRM SYSTEMS
