Job description :

- Develop and generate business for assigned areas.

- Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters.

- Monitor & track team performance.

- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations/other checks, relationship development and market mapping.

- Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted.

- Collections/Recovery of assigned portfolio.

- Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre/post disbursement.

- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to set targets.

- Abreast with the competitors practices and market activities/preferences and recommend future strategies.

- Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned areas.

- Customer service Attending to customer enquiries/grievances on a timely basis.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent organizational & Interpersonal skills.

- Ability to strategize and plan ahead.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Graduation Mandatory with at least 2 years of previous experience as a Branch Head.
