Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers or clients.
2. Introduce our products or services and provide relevant information to interested parties.
3. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
4. Follow up on leads generated through previous calls or marketing campaigns.
5. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements :
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to engage customers or clients in meaningful conversations.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. Good organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
6. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
7. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
