Responsibilities:

1) Manage all the social media channels of the allocated clients. Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.

2) Make ongoing Updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage customers.

4) Creating Brand Awareness

5) Structuring Behavioral Aspect of Potential Customers

6) Set monthly Targets

7) Tracking Social Media Influencers

8) Keep Up to Date with any Social Media Trends

9) Assist with Social Media Performance Report

10) Planning of Marketing Strategies to Help Drive Traffic and Engagement

11) Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ and engage with the social media users

12) Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks.

13) Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.

14) Regularly monitoring the competitor social media sites and creating analysis reports.

15) Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

16) Analysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor's data.

17) Check advertisement content: associate has to check the quality of the content for advertisement. He must ensure that the text, images, or the audiovisual content that goes online is not offensive or violates any copyright laws.

18) Responsible for the preparation, report out & maintenance of daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly and Ad hoc MIS Reports for Compliance, Room Utilization, Man hours, Training Capability.
