Experience : 1 Year to 4 Years

Functional Area : Client Servicing
Responsibilities :
- Be the single point of contact for international clients.
- Build client relationship and ensure client retention by providing exception client service.
- Up sell and cross sell our services to clients.
- Candidate will be responsible to identify & give presentation to existing and new customers.
- Revenue Generation.
- End to End SPOC till the Start and End of the Project.
- Provide accurate, complete and comprehensive responses to bid and sales leads.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Communicate with clients throughout the project and provide top notch customer service.
- Coordinate with execution team to ensure timely delivery of our services.
Desired Candidate Prof :
- Education: BE (Computer / IT), MCA, Msc(IT) and / or MBA [ Marketing / International Business ]
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills with pleasing personality
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications
- Creative, hard-working with the ability to take the initiative to deliver results
- Willing to work in US Shift / UK Shift
