Summary:

- As an e-con Systems Branding Executive, along with Branding Manager you will design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.

- Give voice to your employees (through videos, testimonials, blog posts, etc.) so they can share their unique experiences while working with you.

- You will leverage your knowledge of social media, digital marketing, events, and creative communications to bring to life of our employer value proposition.

- You will play a critical role in building upon the existing foundation and making e-con's Brand positioning and improvisation strategy an industry leading program as we continue to grow and scale for the future.

JD:

EDU QUAL: Degree in Visual Communication, Journalism, Literature or any Management degree preferred.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & BRANDING ACTIVITIES:

- We are looking for a Content Creator to write and publish various types of pieces for our company's web pages, like articles, eBooks and social media posts.

- Engaging, creative and innovative content that drives the brand awareness - writing content on social media

- Social media performance reporting, regularly monitoring our stories on social media and creating analysis reports

- Optimizing content for publication across print and digital media, Writing content for internal branding

- Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business

- Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms.

 - Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassador's programme.

- Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.

- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights

- Shape and communicate our vision and mission

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities

- Devise innovative growth strategies and align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
