Solutions Sales Consultant
1. Responsible for first level of customer interaction to understand the customer requirements and various problem statements.
2. Contribute the growth of the region in terms of new customers acquired and new business generated.
3. Assimilate the products and solutions e-con Systems can provide and provide customers with consultation on the solution path.
4. Interact with variety of customers across industries and build relationship with C-Level and Executive level audience in prospective organisations.
5. Work with the customer to understand their decision making process, funding process, timeframe for execution, authority level of the point of contact and so on.
6. Achieve and excel is the process parameters such as number of customer interactions, number of solution proposals delivered, number of customer accepting the solution etc.
7. Take initiative to identify new prospects, establish connection and mine new requirements.
