Skills And Experience Required : 

- Experience Enterprise Solution Sales and Customer Relationship Professional with Minimum 6 to 8 years experience. 


- ERP & CRM Solution Sales Experience is an advantage .

- Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets and over achievement of sales.

- Experience in handling end to end sales cycle from Managing Opportunity to Closure.

- Experience in driving engagements and making healthy relationships with C Level executives

- A customer centric sales approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed.

- Self-starter and good observer & learner.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative.

- Leadership capabilities and the ability to work well in a pressured situation

The Role : 

- As a Business Development Manager here, you'll report directly to the Sales Manager and be solely responsible to generate revenue for the company by hunting new business opportunities.

- You'll be tasked with taking ownership of the sales process from qualifying inbound leads, driving through the sales process to close, and ensuring a successful handover to the Delivery Team.

In addition, you will :

- Establish relationships with existing and new prospects and customers.

- Develop your industry and product knowledge and keeping abreast of the latest industry developments and innovations.

- Leverage customer feedback & data to assist in developing product offerings, improving sales processes & customer experience.

As a fast-growing organization, you'll need to have an enthusiastic approach to other responsibilities as and when they arise and apply your skills to any challenge that they may present.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to drive sales and revenue generation by working closely with Inside Sales team and Solution Presales Team.

- Building strong relationship with the Australian customers by meeting their requirements.

- Articulating business plans and ensure that these plans are in line with Dynamics Square's strategic direction.

- Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities with new prospects and to focus on Up-selling and Cross-Selling within existing customer accounts.

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to define the marketing strategies and running campaigns for hunting of new business opportunities.

- Deliver regular and consistent revenue performance in line with budgetary expectations and performance metrics.

- Provide accurate and timely forecasting for month, quarter and annual performance to the Head Sales and Management, including risk and opportunity analysis.

- Maintain accurate, timely data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM relating to all sales activities.

- Manage own performance and take responsibility for self-development in line with personal and Company objectives.

- Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new business opportunities.

- Coordination with operations and supply chain teams for the execution of product delivery and demand.

- Solid understanding of complete Solution sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing, persistence to not only identify, but also close the business.

- Identify marketing opportunities by recognizing the customer requirements, competitor analysis and business projection.

- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Working on RFPs along with Pre-sales and ensure timely submission of Proposals.

- Managing of CRM system by ensuring all contacts and deal flows are kept up to date.
