- In order to expand new sales and foster business from current major accounts across the Australian market for Microsoft Dynamics business solutions, we are searching for a proactive business developer

- Your job as a solution sales specialist will include collaborating with business decision makers to comprehend their specific business requirements. With the assistance of a knowledgeable Pre-Sales Team, you will be able to plan and execute a successful sales cycle that includes lead qualifying, solution demonstrations, proposal submission, and successful closing while also advancing the objectives of the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in solution sales and business development

- ERP and CRM solution sales experience is advantageous.

- Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.

- Knowledge of Team Management (Minimum 4 years).

- Goal-Oriented.

- Working with Australian customers before is a plus.

- A solid moral compass.

- The capacity to consider, assess, and explain the best possible options without sacrificing integrity.

Important Responsibilities

- Revenue Generation.

- Recognize marketing opportunities by taking into account client needs, rival analysis, and business projection.

- Growth and extension of our clientele in Australia with the addition of new customers.

- Preparing proposals and RFPs and submitting them on schedule.

- Deliver predictable and consistent revenue performance in line with performance indicators and budgetary requirements.

- Support for brand-development initiatives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish the marketing strategy and implement campaigns for the production of healthy pipelines.
