Dynamic Education Consultants - Manager/Team Lead - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Position : Team Lead - Business Development
Location : Ahmedabad
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates to meet sales targets and objectives
- Convert company-provided leads into sales and revenue opportunities
- Identify and assess new business opportunities, and support the team in lead generation and conversion
- Guide the team in developing and executing effective business development strategies
- Oversee the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction through quality service and support
- Negotiate and close contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability for the company
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management and suggest improvements to processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lead the team by example
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields, with 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies and achieve targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team, with a target-oriented approach
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
