Job Description :
- Competitive analysis for a brand portfolio
- Gather market insights through field work
- Develop a strategic plan and LRF for focus brands in the portfolio
- Design the brand communication aligned with the strategic and tactical plan
- Cohesive working with the sales team to ensure engagement and execution from sales team
- Manage Product life cycle for the portfolio allotted
- Ensure timely planning and delivery of promotional inputs
- Extensively work on annual brand plan
- Ensure brand profitability in line with organizational requirements
- Work on new product launches/brand line extensions from time to time
Qualification :
- B. Pharm/B. Sc. With MBA in Marketing
Experience :
- AT least 2 years of experience in sales + at least 2 years of experience in Product Management in a reputed Pharma company
CTC Budget : Upto 7 lacs
