- Manage a team size of 5, bound to grow by 100% every 6 months.

- Set and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.

- Optimize the sales funnel of each brand to its maximum

- Business Development

- Develop Offline Channel across India.

- Develop network of technician partners

- Digital Marketing Management

- Tactical and Strategic Management of the Marketing Budget.

- Increase the number of channels and posts to increase Audience size

- Streamline digital marketing processes to ensure maximum & continuous engagement with Digital Audience

Qualifications & Experience Required/Preferred:

- Min 3 year experience in Sales
