Assistant Manager - Sales Support


Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Lead Management

- Attending the IVR call & understanding the requirement and routing it through appropriate channel.

- Managing the lead coming through different source- i.e. the website, D&B-India, service-India, Associates etc.

- Following up with associates to get the feedback on the lead shared and updating the same.

- Providing with the quantitative updates on leads tracking.

2. Contract Life-Cycle Support :

- Generation of Proforma invoice.

- Creation of dully filled order form with complete details pertaining to the subject company.

- Following up on order entry from start to end and maintaining Excel for the same.

- Processing the order entries

- Preparation on Non-Disclosure Agreement (coordination start to end).

- Follow up with clients for the documentation.

- Sharing of Final tax invoice, following with finance team to solve the discrepancy if found and updating the team with correct Invoices.

- Coordination with the Finance team, Operations team.

- Checking the payment reflecting in direct credit file and knocking off with finance team to update in the AR file.

- Managing the hard copy dispatch for reports and highlighting the discrepancies,if any to seamless dispatch as per the TAT.

- Attending client events, engage with customers, willing to step out of office if required to do so

3. MIS :

- Maintaining and publishing incoming lead file on a weekly basis. Taking feedback from the team and circulating MIS highlighting effectiveness of leads.

- Maintain Excel for the customer details.

- Maintaining the List of pending original order form mandate.

4. Administration of Association of Financial Professionals of India (AFPI) :

- Timely handling the compliance and other obligations for AFPI.

- Memberships Renewal

- Sourcing New Members

- Audit and Financials - Documentation to be maintained

- Taking up additional responsibilities whenever required for new projects.
