Key responsibilities:

- Answering enquiries from customers and potential customers

- Solving customer problems by liaising with the right internal teams

- Designing and implementing the support process for scale

- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the support process

- Contribute to growing the support team

- Creating documentation to help customers understand the product better

Basic qualifications:

- Familiarity with standard CRM tools and frameworks

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi (the more languages, the merrier)

- Good listening and problem solving skills

- Ability to take and handle stress and pressure

- Good interpersonal skills
