Hiring for Sales Coordinator
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Experience in coordinating with customers and vendors
- Excellent Communication in English
- Handle P2P customers: - Handle end to end customers for total satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports for all P2P accounts as per agreed frequency. Extracting information from daily factory reports and send it in required format daily for all P2P accounts.
- Give necessary reports/data proactively as required related to Purchase team or Factories team to avoid any mis match.
- Complaint Management Process for customers
- SO preparation for aligned customers.
- Update outstanding for all P2P accounts daily except and take follow up to get it cleared.
- Primary responsibility of allotted customer's "Receipt, Allocation, clarification on reconciliation" to accounts team.
- Do statistic related work, reports, data for management purpose as & when required.
