About the job :

The role needs to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting the sales team up for success

Responsibilities :

- Represent our company's products and services

- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential prospects

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook

Daily Activities :

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Utilize Sales Navigator, cold calling, lead411, and email to generate new sales opportunities

- Conduct deep research on the leads to understand various facets (e.g. key stakeholders, revenue, business divisions, plans, about the lead which can be shared with the internal team

- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

- Rate and evaluate the prospect, to qualify leads as sales opportunities, and schedule a demo with the prospect

- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects

- Follow up with the prospect and maintain cadence

- Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience

- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets

- Strong communication skills via phone and email

- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

- Should be willing to work keeping in mind US work hours
