Sales Development Representative
- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help manage inbound lead flow and drive sales pipeline.
- The person that will be successful in this role will be comfortable meeting daily and monthly goals, writing sales focused emails, jumping on the phones and making calls, and consistently following set processes. They will have strong communications skills and be quick on their feet. They should want to exceed goals, win, and grow their career in sales.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to inbound customers in roles ranging from developers to senior directors
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Schedule and run meetings between qualified prospects and internal technical resources
- Work with Sales and Marketing leadership in support of lead generation campaigns
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Excellent verbal, written communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to think quickly and pivot methodology based on prospects- needs
- A keen level of interest in developing a career in technology sales
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of business development experience or Master's Degree
- Aggressive and willingness to learn.
- Technical background is a plus
- Understanding of digitalization eco system
