We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager who is ambitious, creative with a vision to get us to the next level, and comfortable being a member of our extended team. We provide an atmosphere for developing team collaboration, business knowledge, creativity, and fun within the work environment!

YOU ARE (someone with) :

1. 8-10 years of designing and executing brand marketing and communication strategies and campaigns online. Experience within the luxury and lifestyle domain is a big plus.

2. Great team management experience, you will be overseeing an independent account unit comprising of writers, designers and media experts for client projects.

3. In-depth knowledge of social media listening tools

4. Experience of settling up self-serve dashboards for listening, reporting and executing campaigns.

5. Sharp business development skills facilitating wider outreach for engagements with the existing client and prospective clients

6. Previously been responsible for P&L management of client based accounts in agencies.

- WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Define and execute the brand and marketing strategy in partnership with client team

2. Lead stakeholders from initial kick off meetings through to implementation instilling trust in delivery from day one

3. Prepare medium to long term strategy aligned with overall growth objectives and vision

4. Decode market and culture insights to inform brand campaigns

5. Steer overall responsibility for brand management. Establish and maintain brand voice online and make sure all contributors understand and adhere to it

6. Align with members of team to develop creative briefs, communications, advertising and social media plans as well as execute them

7. Act as the point of escalation for complex issues and work to identify paths to resolution

8. Monitors campaign effectiveness with daily/weekly/monthly analytics for marketing objectives.

9. Drive external collaborations including influencer outreaches, gathering content for the brand

10. Create and manage an editorial calendar filled with content that aligns with the brands mission

- Location- : The role will be a mix of remote working and physical meetings with clients and team members as required in Mumbai. A higher preference would be for candidates based out of Mumbai/willing to relocate.
