Responsibilities :
- The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business
- Drive sales through new customer acquisition
- Deliver a % of overall revenue growth
- Build &manage a high-performance team to execute the business goals
- Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research
- Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts
- Grow revenue per customer on a month on month basis
- Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Tamil and/ or Malayalam
