Responsibilities :

1) Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as potential subscribers

2) Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate subscription plans

3) Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

4) Build long-term relationships with customers

5) Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

6) Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/subscription plans

7) Be ready to grow with a rapidly growing company

Requirements :

1) 0-5 years of experience as a Inside Sales Executive/Tele-Caller/Business Development Executive/Associate.

2) Good to have hands-on-experience with multiple sales techniques (E.g.: inbound, outbound).

3) Good to have experience with CRM software and MS Excel.

4) Understanding of sales performance metrics.

5) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6) Must be fluent in English and Hindi (Knowing Kannada/Telugu is a plus).

7) Pleasing personality with a desire to earn more incentives.
