Job description :

- Inbound and outbound profile.

- Relationship building with customers on the phone, emails.

- Following the sales, the pathway to ensure patient onboarding process is delightful for the clients.

- Take follow-ups and handle patient inquiries.

- Keeping a follow up with the client throughout the whole dispatch tenure.

- Co-ordinate with courier companies.

- Check and respond to incoming Call and emails.

- Customer-centric approach with skills to handle escalations.

Skills Required : 

- Good command on spoken and written English and Hindi.

- Knowledge of Customer handling and relationship building process.

- Ready to work in a fast-tracked environment without reasons.

- Hungry for career progression.

- Passion for excellence and should be a team player.

- Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal skill.

- Proficient with computers including word, excel, and PowerPoint.

- Winners attitude.
