Dresma - Executive - Inside Sales (1-2 yrs)
Dresma is a global SaaS firm based in Gurugram. Our vision is to democratize visual content creation for ecommerce sellers worldwide. We have developed a disruptive solution called DoMyShoot, an AI-driven mobile app that allows online sellers to create professional eCommerce images instantly at a large scale and low cost.
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at Dresma, located in Gurugram. Core responsibilities of the role will be :
- Product Demos and Customer Onboarding
- Conversion of Leads
- Conversion of free users and eventually to pro-subscribers
- Close engagement with the Marketing and Content teams on Communications (FAQs, Demo Videos, Chatbots etc.) that drive business
- Account Management (Enterprise Customers)
- Deeper engagement with enterprise customers and revenue maximization
- Understanding the customer requirements and close coordination with Technology, AppContent and Production Teams for seamless execution.
- Extensive Email/Chat/Call outreach in lead conversions and support to existing as well as new customers.
Requirements :
- Hands on Experience with CRM Tools, especially Hubspot (Important)
- Experience or even exposure to the Creative/E-commerce industry would be a PLUS
- Must have an Experience of 1-2 years in the same profile
- Excellent communication skills as the role would require engaging with International Clients
- Flexible Shifts and will involve working in European and US Shifts
- The ability to manage work with multiple teams
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time.
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
- Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers
- Good command over design techniques and visual elements
