Job description :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of 25+ people with an experience in outbound calling.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maximize revenue generation through cross-selling and customer retention
- Manage and develop sales skills of team members
- Manage and groom Team Leaders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years' of experience working in Sales
- Outbound calling experience is a must
- Must have atleast 2 years in leadership position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Stock Markets will be a bonus
