Position : Sales Executive

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 10AM-7PM; Tuesday to Sunday

Responsibilities :

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

- Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase available listings and address client inquiries.

- Guide clients through the sales process, including negotiations, offer submissions, and contract signings.

- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
