Corporate Sales Manager

Strategy Planning and Execution :

- Develop and execute sales strategies by conducting market research, identifying and evaluating resources; defining customer requirements. Create and monitor sales plan to meet departmental goals in terms of top line and bottom-line.

- Create medium to long term plan to grow market share in line with Sales & Marketing priorities and competition realities. Deliver & Design business strategies to expand the markets to cater different geographical boundaries and deliver the planned growth.

- Predict achievable sales revenue from Corporate Business (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Laboratories) and efficiently allocate resources accordingly and strategize to achieve the targets.

- Responsible for making continuous improvement in existing systems, resources and efficiencies of Corporate Sales Department to increase business and revenue per customer.

Business Development :

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients/ key decision makers through researching and prospecting. Develop a database of qualified Institutional leads and convert them into customers.

- Visit potential key customers/clients/ key decision makers, determine their needs and serve through customized offerings (services/ products/ combinations) for business development.

- Design of customized products and solutions and review of existing products to meet the need of market. Maintain sales volume, product mix by taking consideration of changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

- Enroll new customers as per business targets, undertake documentation, contractual agreements and onboarding formalities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.

Account management :

- Design Annual Engagement plan for key accounts. Nurture stakeholder relationships through consistent visits and virtual connectivity with all Top clients.

- Manage proper communication with relevant stakeholders and Institutes on organizational updates (Products, Process, Policy, etc.)

- Ensuring the outstanding dues/ credits of Corporate Parties are within the permit limits.

Promotional Activities :

- Lead, manage and drive key promotional activities to enable achievement of business objectives. Coordinate with Marketing and Operations Department for activation.

- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image and branding for all products and services.

People Management :

- Establish and maintain standards of performance and ensure competency check at each role in Institutional Sales department. Train and develop team members with regards to domain expertise for taking up future responsibilities in the division.

- Consistent review, training and performance management of team members.

- Ensure HR compliance and working as per HR policy of organization

- Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating employees to achieve Sales department goals.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Regular monitoring, auditing and reporting on sales function. Secure and manage data & records in accordance with company rules and regulations.

- Timely preparation and publication of sales reports in accordance with requirement as per designed frequency and pattern.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales and key account management in Healthcare.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.

- The ability to build rapport with key clients and can handle multiple accounts.

- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.
