Dr. Vaidyas - Business Development Role - CEO's Office (2-3 yrs)
Main role :
- Specific focus on business growth initiatives and entrepreneurial tasks that will require execution skills
- The role will specifically focus on disruptive ways to market and proliferate Ayurveda
- Finding new markets for the products, new sales channels for the business and strategic alliances for the brand are some but not all key areas of focus
Additionaly :
- To own and drive key initiatives across functions/verticals as needed by the CEO
- Work with the CEO to identify the initiatives/tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued
- Work specifically on new initiatives that the CEO considers important for business strategy or growth
