Job description

This role requires the incumbent to support the Brand Manager on key initiatives by delivering operational excellence and work as part of the brand team to deliver superlative results in executing marketing initiatives to meet overall business objectives

a) Independently lead execution of key brand activities through a digital medium

b) Partner with cross-functional teams to drive actions around product development and brand communication.

c) Digital first thinkers: have worked in a digital-first environment and understand the pace, complexity, metrics, and data-driven optimization behavior

d) Lead efforts to create and obtain brand collaterals/materials.

e) Work closely with the team for brand activation and related activities.

f) Manage and analyze data - put together data from multiple sources and identify trends.

g) Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, website, online platforms, marketplaces, etc.

h) Execute campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

i) Collaborate with the manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Experience :

- Minimum of 5-6 years work experience in Brand Marketing

- FMCG, Ayurveda, Consumer goods Industry is preferred

- Previous Experience in Brand Management

- Creativity and ability to come up product innovative ideas.

- Comfort with/ experience in online Brand marketing activities & platforms

- Project management/Multi-tasking

- Analytical skills and attention to detail

- Good team working skills proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Possess strong communication skills

- Proactive, result-driven, and presentable
