Job Description
Objective -
Responsible for Karnataka Operations and Business Development.
Role -
- Responsible for profitability of the centers, existing location growth and Network expansion.
- Oversee the organization's ongoing operations and ensure optimum level of performance of the operations team in terms of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue & profitability.
- Drive profitability and bring operational excellence in the hospital.
- Formulate and strategize marketing and business development activities in the assigned region.
- Responsible for increasing footfalls in the hospitals through multiple BD channels.
- Working with the top management for further expansion and strategy decisions.
Qualities -
- P&L focused - strong understanding of cost structures and profitability.
- Strong Leadership acumen, problem solving & communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network with Doctors, Corporates, PR & marketing and open structured channels of growth.
