JOB ROLE :

As a Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify possibilities of more Doctor signup and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media or any other better options to convert more leads to users.

- Set up meetings with potential leads and listen to their inputs and concerns

- Brief them about the Doxtro application with a live demo

- Meet and on-board doctors to our online consultation platform

- Walk them through the registration process and app features.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with app downloads and acquisition cost.

- Develop strategies to get reach out to more users and get patient app downloads

- Collaborate with creative team and Tech team to achieve better results.

- Work with Marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation.

- Train new salespeople/ sales interns to ensure success

- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.

- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.

- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.

- Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives.

- Train and ensure adherence to sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's degree, business and marketing majors

- Three to five years in a sales representative role; experience in startups is a plus

- Two years of prior management experience

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.

- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.

- Positive and enthusiastic.
