For over four decades, Nirula's has delighted Delhi- ites with its iconic food and ice cream like the Big Boy Burger and the original Hot Chocolate Fudge. The brand, which has changed ownerships over the last decade, has now been acquired by a team of pedigreed professionals, who believe in the brand's latent strength to build Nirula's into a leading ice cream company.

The brand is a classic marketing challenge for any marketer; an iconic brand that has the product and brand loyalty to not only regain but significantly outgrow its legacy. The position demands a passionate and self-motivated professional who believes in the brand and loves such challenges.

Responsibilities : 

The primary responsibility of the position is to build transform the Nirula's brand into the most preferred brand for ice creams across channels and product categories, especially among the millennials.

1. Brand and creative strategy & communication (45%)

a. Work with the agency to build and execute the brand creative and communication strategy across all media

b. Ensure standardization of brand communication across all channels, products & packaging

c. Develop and execute in-store point of sale and promotional campaigns for outlets and modern trade.

d. Develop and implement co-promotions with key accounts and other channel partners

e. Work together with the Franchise Management team to develop manuals and business development communication tools

2. Digital and Social Media Marketing (45%)

a. Manage all digital marketing initiatives for the brand as well as active social media engagement

b. Work with F&B aggregators like Zomato, Swiggy, Food panda, etc. for consumer promotions across platforms.

c. Manage and achieve sales targets for e-commerce and virtual sales channels for the brand - call center, online ordering, and mobile app

d. Monitor and achieve Social and Digital marketing performance indicator to assess campaign effectiveness

3. Team Management (10%)

a. Collaboratively work with Call center, FMCG, Franchise and Company Operations teams to plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns

b. Effective and efficient management of agency (creative & media) teams.

Qualifications and Experience :

1. Post Graduate from a university of national repute

2. 4+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing preferably with FMCG or F&B companies. Digital marketing experience is essential.

3. Good communication & computer skills and ability to withstand a deadline driven environment.
