Franchise Development Manager


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Franchise Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Franchise Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.

- You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

- Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.

- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

- Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.

- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.

- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.

- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

- Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.

- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.

- Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.

- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.

- Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities. establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue from those accounts. They identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.

- We are looking for a goal-oriented channel sales manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships within the assigned territory.

- Your role will include supporting the companies ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

- You will also be required to work with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services.

Responsibilities :

- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.

- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.

- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate

- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.

- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.

- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Requirements :

- A minimum of 3 years of work experience.

- A bachelors or masters degree in sales.

- Thorough understanding of the industry.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Flexible to travel to partner locations.

- Solution-oriented outlook.

- Ability to build lasting relationships.

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills
