Designation - Domestic Sales Executives (Pharmaceuticals Printing &Packaging )
About the role :
- High-performing Sales & Marketing (Printing & Packaging Industry) for Pharma, FMCG.
- Should be able meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Bring new orders both primary and secondary packaging materials like Packaging Films & Foils.
- Hit/Exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives and pain points.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Reporting competitor activities in assigned customers and markets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Target Oriented
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closures.
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- At least Graduate.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Team Player, Disciplined and Go Getter.
- Well networked in pharmaceutical industry.
