Dojoko - Manager - Sales (8-15 yrs)
- We are looking for candidates having around 8 to 15 years of experience, in a similar role, to build and manage a Business Development function handling Universities and HEIs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the Business Development Team - Nationally
- Sign up new universities and build market reach by locating, identifying, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Expanding addressable market - New Product introduction (in collaboration with the Product Team)
- Leading the thought leadership in the product innovation cell
- Participate in tenders, apply for the relevant tenders and work on them for closure
- Industry networking
Functional/Technical skills :
- Experience in leading Business Development function (Higher Education)
- Exposure to Online Education/Regulations/Industry etc
- Should have led a multi-locational team
Behavioral skills :
- Aggressive, target-oriented sales professional
- Dynamic, pleasing, and impressive personality
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral (English)
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Should be willing to take up extensive travel if needed
