DoctusTech - Senior Executive - Sales (7-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and the market.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to articulate to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on account status.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Approximately 7-10 years of experience in a sales role, with a significant portion in the software or technology sector.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
