Docterz - Manager - Business Development (2-8 yrs)

We are a "Product and Engineering" Company based out in Mumbai. We develop awesome applications in the health-tech space.

We are looking for Business Development folks who can help us take this to the next level.

Please note: This is a work from office role and we are based out in Mumbai.

As a face of the brand representing Docterz your roles & responsibilities would be as follows:

1. Providing online demos to prospective clients and doctors about our services.

2. Ensuring a seamless interaction during these demo's & handholding users & prospective users.

3. Training the users in product features

4. Understanding the new feature requirements, taking feedback from prospective users.

5. Following up post online demos on the status of these leads.

6. Gaining insights of Docterz services and learning intricacies of services facilitated using our technology.

7. Develop the business towards the projected growth ethically, timely and economically in consultation with the respective head.

8. Drive revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical.

9. Manage numerous demos and follow-ups concurrently.

10. Develop long-term strategic relationships with clients.

11. Providing best and professional customer experience to prospects and clients Servicing clients dedicatedly and always available for them.

The meta-goal Demo Specialist is to conduct online demos to Doctors, Hospital Administrators and communicate Docterz value proposition in a succinct manner with an idea of every demo to be closed.

Required Skills :

1. Fresher to 2 yrs experience. Inside sales experience preferred. Even if you are a fresher BAMS/BHMS/BDS/MBBS pass out and interested to showcase the awesome products we create for the health-tech space are welcome.

2. Good communication skills are mandatory.

3. Fully Bilingual (English/Hindi). Regional Language will be an added advantage.

4. Strong verbal and written communications skills.

5. Negotiation, Time Management and Planning Skills.

6. Should be with a positive attitude
