Job description :
- As a Insider Sales Telespecialist, you will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts by engaging potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calls : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Customer Engagement : Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, address their queries, and build rapport.
- Product/Service Knowledge : Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads, and transfer them to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Database Management : Update and maintain accurate customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow-up : Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Sales Support : Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, sending information, and assisting in the sales process.
- Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Feedback : Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to improve products/services and sales strategies.
