Role Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic digital production manager who will constantly monitor projects and shall support the timely delivery of Dizvik's multi-platform content, showcasing good project & production management skills. He/She will be responsible for leading the online communication across multiple platforms (YouTube, etc.) and ensuring the project timeline & schedule expectations are met.

Job Responsibilities :

- Planning & organizing production schedules along with assessing the project resource requirements

- Responsible for managing multiple projects at a time in the fast-paced environment with tight deadlines & schedules

- Maintain the production timelines & schedules, and track & communicate the status of the content going on YouTube channel, social media, etc.

- Manage photography production staff to produce, shoot, edit the content going online

- Direct & collaborate with graphic artists, photographers, video editors & web developers, guiding them from conception to the final product

- Regularly lead communication with the creative production partners

- Troubleshoot the problems around the production issues

- Build strong internal relationships across the multi-disciplinary team to anticipate, manage & meet the content needs

- Foster a culture of efficient & rapid and flexible project management that ensures the work is delivered on time and within set budgets

- Responsible for maintaining, updating and constantly improving our online content

- Coordinate and monitor the production of all online content and assets, diving into development & content management as needed

Requirements :

- 7+ years of relevant experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field

- Strong project management skills & good understanding of social media marketing & YouTube production

- Familiarity & experience with content creation

- Solid time management, planning & organization skills

- Strong understanding of creative project management & creative production

- Ability to communicate effectively with the teams internally as well as externally for efficient delivery of production schedules

- Ability to sail through the challenging work schedules & meet deadlines
