Role Summary :
Role Responsibilities :
- Create a digital road map for the company and the brands
- Need to test innovations in media which can generate learning
- Create assets and capability for the digital space
- Work closely with the digital agency and ensure successful execution of the digital projects
- Understand and define the task for each campaign, keeping in mind the budget and make optimal deployment of same.
- Must ensure timely execution of campaigns and other marketing tasks
- Developing guidelines by for the language and tonality in the digital space
- Responsible for analysis of the plan
- Should be able to own the integrated TV and Digital media and think together
People Management :
- Build and coach the team for superior performance and development
- Increase accountability of marketing executives to increase sales through BTL activities
