- Candidate should Handle Multiple areas.
- Handling Microfinance loan
- MSME loan
Profile related to Sales.
- To enhance the branch business through business development
- Smooth flow of day to day operations in branch
- Branch Key Handling & Monitoring the Branch Operation work.
- Verify the customer's KYC and profile for new customers
- Verification of KYC, Profile and other related documents
- Co-ordinate and support
- Credit Team for Auto loan Disbursement
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Revenue Generation of the branch
- Identify new catchment areas
- Maximizing productivity of each staff
- Retention of the staffs
- Mentor the staffs to work as a Team
- Handling Customer queries
- Liaise with statutory norms
- Pre - Screening of login files before PD.
- PD / CPV of all logged cases once CIBIL and Highmark is positive.
- Based on PD/CPV if any additional documents required inform the same to Customer, BM and AM.
