District Sales Role - Mutual Fund (2-8 yrs)

Purpose of the role:

-We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales District Representative to join our team. As a Sales District Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) of Category A, B, and C, managing sales activities, and expanding our distributor relationships. Your primary goal will be to achieve maximum market share for the allocated distributors, while also strengthening our brand presence and fostering goodwill through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Distributor Engagement and Sales Management :

- Build strong relationships with MFDs of various categories and manage sales activities effectively.

- Identify opportunities to expand and deepen relationships with Non-Active Distributors, increasing their participation in our products.

Market Share Growth:

- Work towards achieving maximum market share for the allocated distributors, aiming to increase our overall market presence.

Relationship Management and Brand Building:

- Engage in relationship management efforts to enhance the visibility and goodwill of the company.

- Conduct brand-building exercises and promotional activities to establish a positive reputation in the market.

Understanding Distribution Business Model :

- Gain a deep understanding of the distribution business model and adapt sales strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.

Sales Planning and Execution:

- Plan and execute activities and tie-ups that drive sales through the respective distribution channels.

- Keep distributors updated about financial markets, Mutual Fund products, and services.

Sales Support and Services:

- Maintain superior sales support and services to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately leading to a higher market share.

Local Market Focus:

- Preferably, the candidate should be based in Durgapur/Burdwan or have a strong understanding of the local market dynamics in the region.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated success in creating value for clients and achieving sales targets in a similar role.

- Communication and Client Engagement:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and MFDs.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree.

- NISM VA Certification is compulsory to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the Mutual Fund distribution space.
