District Sales Manager - NBFC/Bank (5-10 yrs)

Candidate should have at least 5 yrs of experience in the field of NBFC/Banking/Any finance industry with relevant product experiences like HNI clients, Mutual funds, Insurance, and equity products.

- He should have team handling experience of at least 5 years

- He should be working with the current company minimum of 2 years

- He should be proficient with the local language and English

Salary will not be a constraint for the eligible/right candidate

Roles:

1. To be a Principal Representative of the company to the customer at a District-Level

2. Adherence to the company's objectives and plans

3. To Acquire and retain customers

4. Increase the market share of the CSP

5. Branch's Profitability & Administration

6. Team Management

Responsibility :

1.Ensure Consistent Sourcing of Business, in the defined area to achieve the given disbursement target month on month-wise

2. Responsible for planning and conducting monthly promotional activities for the entire Branches of the specified district

3. Monitor and record Compliance Daily Sales, Report, Business, and Collection details in the "CRM" software

4. Supervise Adherence to credit norms in customer selection /screening also maintain a quality portfolio
 
5. Ensure Collection of pre & post-sanction Documents from customers as per norms

6. Responsible for retaining customers by providing quality service throughout the tenure of the contract

7. Ensure constant updating about customers, market, and competitors' information to arrive at the policy/Strategic decisions

8. Develop and increase customer database at Branches coming under his/her district for better market share
