- The Job entails setting up sales and distribution network for a new company with patented technology in the Stablisers. Our Client Realgard stablisers is looking for smart energetic and self driven candidates. 2 to 3 years experience in the electrical sales would be an added advantage. The Candidate should be able to handle the distributors and independently organize electrician meets. The candidate will have to meet architects, Contractors and builders and promote the product.
- The candidate should be willing to travel extensively and should have good communication and persuasion skills .
The Job entails :
1. Distributor handling and motivating the teams.
2. Independently handle promotions and brand activation in territory assigned to him.
3. Plan and implement trade inputs and monitor the costs.
4. Independently run training programs of the electricians
5. Work closely with retailers, contractors and Architects to get approvals in major projects.
