Distacart - Executive - Customer Care (0-1 yrs)
1. Ability to manage customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization.
2. They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of everyone.
3. Also help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
4. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
