Disprz - Marketing Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Some key responsibilities include :
- Email and Social Marketing
- Identify all touch points and create cross channel strategy to pursue leads to closure.
- Proven experience in demand generation campaigns that target, segment, and list acquisition to build prospect lists.
- Create campaigns including email drafts, direct messages and social messages to drive prospects to bottom funnel.
- End-to-end Lead generation campaign management:
- Manage all external lead generation campaigns from events, offline engagements, mid funnel and customers.
- Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data.
- Improve campaign effectiveness by identifying opportunities through more effective audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
- Customer marketing :
- Create farming strategies to develop better client relationships.
- Create upsell/cross-sell strategies and execute end-to-end.
- Create engagement strategies and playbooks, leveraging all marketing channels: Events,review platforms, social media, email etc.
Education/Skillset :
Some key functionalities include:
- Bachelors business administration/MBA in sales or marketing.
- Outstanding knowledge of Marketing Initiatives
Experience :
Some key functionalities include :
- Proven 2-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in email and social marketing tools like hubspot, mailchimp etc.
- Extensive experience working with account-based marketing programs and large account selling teams.
- Prior experience in SaaS/IT companies in a. Account-based Marketing
b. Content Development
c. Lead Generation
d. Marketing Campaigns.
Abilities and traits :

- Ability to work on stretch goals and highly demanding targets
- Energetic team player, driven and self-motivated
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited input
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
