About Inside Sales Specialist role :

We are seeking an experienced Inside sales person who will get new sales opportunities and will be required to achieve given targets, collaborate with fellow employees and conduct demos.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive) :

Some key responsibilities include :

- Understanding customer needs, identifying customer opportunities and converting them into prospects

- Keeping up with product knowledge and features

- Conducting effective online demos to prospects and nurture them to route qualified opportunities to sales team for closure

- Staying informed about the competitive landscape

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

- Work closely with marketing & demand generation team to improve funnel efficiency

- Work closely with sales team for closures and achieving monthly targets

Education/skillset :

Some key functionalities include :

UG / PG in Engineering, preferably from a Reputed institutes

Experience :

Some key functionalities include :

- Proven inside-sales experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS

- Track record of over-achieving sales quota

- Experience working with Salesforce, Zoho or similar CRM tool

Abilities and traits :

Some key functionalities include :

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
