Executive - On-Platform Marketing (Off Roll) (1-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

- As an On-Platform Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting and maximizing the visibility of our extensive content library. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute impact marketing campaigns to drive viewer engagement, increase subscriptions, and enhance the overall user experience. This position requires a deep understanding of content marketing strategies, a passion for entertainment, and strong project management skills.

About The Team :

- Growth Marketing Operations team oversee and optimize the marketing operations across various on-platform marketing channels, visual merchandising & content promotions for Disney+ Hotstar.

Your Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement on-platform content marketing strategies to promote new and existing content on Disney+ Hotstar.

2. Collaborate with the Content & Brand Marketing Teams to create marketing plans for new content releases, ensuring maximum visibility and audience engagement.

3. Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and visually appealing on-platform assets, including banners, thumbnails, trailers, and featured sections.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, analytics, operations and external agencies, to optimize the user experience and drive content consumption.

5. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, analyze user behavior, and refine content recommendations and positioning.

6. Monitor and analyze on-platform content performance, KPIs, and viewer engagement metrics to drive continuous optimization and improvement.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in on-platform content marketing.

8. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Skills & Attributes For Success :

1. Proven work experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

2. Familiarity with streaming platforms and a passion for entertainment content, particularly Disney+ Hotstar's content library.

3. Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, including asset creation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing messages to different target audiences.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and viewer engagement.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

8. Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing is a plus.

Preferred Education & Experience :

1. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
