Campaign Executive (Off Roll)

Job Summary :

- As a Campaign Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing successful marketing campaigns for Disney+ Hotstar's Users & Content. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of campaign creation, optimization, and analysis to ensure maximum impact and ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of various marketing channels, as well as strong analytical and project management skills.

About The Team :

- Growth Marketing Operations team oversee and optimize the marketing operations across various on-platform marketing channels, visual merchandising & content promotions for Disney+ Hotstar.

Your Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across push notifications, email, SMS, display, and video ads, in alignment with client objectives and target audience.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure smooth campaign execution.

3. Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.

4. Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to schedule, send, and track campaigns.

5. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in push notifications, email marketing, SMS marketing, display ads, and video ads.

7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in campaign management.

8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their goals, provide campaign performance reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.

9. Collaborate with product on improving automation.

Skills & Attributes For Success :

1. Hands-on experience with own end to end execution of CRM campaigns (Segments creation, Push notifications, Emails, SMS)

2. An eye for detail is a must (ability to catch spell errors, creative non-alignment with copy, grammar, copy-time of the day relevance etc.)

3. Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns

4. Strong understanding of segmentation, frequency capping, inclusion/exclusion, send time etc.

5. Experience in analyzing data-sets in excel/google sheets

6. Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of internal (creative, copy design, marketing teams) and external (vendors) stakeholders

7. High sense of ownership, curiosity to learn & great stakeholder management skills

8. Ability to thrive & adapt to an ambiguous environment

Preferred Education & Experience :

1. Preferred Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2. Have 1-3 years of experience in campaign management/setup on platforms like CleverTap, Netcore, Journey Builder or similar CRM automation platforms
