Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and design a variety of visual materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and website elements.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Use industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our visual content.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
