Profile :
- Calling up prospective property buyers, understanding their property requirement, and pitching the specific project assigned to you
- Post call identifying the matching projects for that prospect, collating the project details and communicating the same to the prospects.
- Coordinating and following up with them and convincing them to come for site visits of their matching projects.
- Coordinating with the respective sale managers of the projects for the travel arrangement of the prospect and making sure the prospect visits maximum projects through our reference.
- Accompanying the prospects during site-visits and take them to closure.
